Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free for orders above MYR99 (for Malaysia) and above MYR299 (for international). We currently only ship internationally to Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, UK and US. Tracking information will be provided, where available.

Processing time

Please allow 1 - 3 working days to pack and prepare your parcel for dispatch after the order is placed. Your tracking number will be sent to you via system e-mail or WhatsApp message (upon request) after your order has been shipped out.

Lost/missing order

We will not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order.
